Backcountry OHV Trails
The mountains and valleys that surround Eureka, Nevada are open and available to everyone looking to get off the beaten path. While a number of trails do not offer Carsonite signage and may not the best beginner-friendly trails, there are great number that do. Just take the Spring Valley Canyon Trail as an example! Accessible by taking the signed dirt road while heading up Ruby Hill, follow the signange to amazing vistas and breathtaking views.

No matter your skill level, the Perdiz Shooting Range is made for anyone who believes in the safe handling of firearms, takes pride in their shooting, and enjoys competition. The sporting clays course designed so shooting station simulate certain species of game. Located 2 miles south of Eureka in Windfall Canyon, this shooting range features two regulation trap houses, a five-stand sporting range, skeet field, rifle/pistol range, and archery range to challenge your skills.
